Managed capital expenditure estimates for onsite infrastructure relocation, deconstruction and major plant replacements in line with the MIOP financial model.
Initiated, managed, scoped and liaised with on-site staff to facilitate a LiDAR survey.
Managed the scope of work and scope variations and directed work packages for the PFS consultant including ongoing monitoring of cost and schedule impacts in cooperation with the MIOP contract advisor.
Managed, led and supervised a team of 15 infrastructure consultants.
Identified and implemented necessary OH&S and Environmental measures in line with the company’s policies and directions. This involved risk assessments (HAZID & HAZOP) proceedings.
