Our Construction Strategy
- Key objectives for Construction is ensuring that Construction programs are aligned with your business strategy and are actively supported and sponsored by business; and managing service delivery for cost-effectiveness and agility.
- The provision of the Construction services is centralised in the Big Col's Recruitment within the Construction, Mining and Training Services Department, and led by our High Risk Trainer and Assessor (Andrew Davis) and Construction Specialist (Shaun Thomas) who reports to the Managing Director of Big Col's Recruitment.
- Our vision for the Construction service delivery provides professional support to Construction industries through their accountability for the achievement of business outcomes in partnership with their business requirements. Big Col's Recruitment will work with business partners to understand their needs and requirements, manage the delivery of staff on-time and for a low budget.
